Finding the courage to put a little money into our house now that the value seems to have at least leveled off a bit.  Starting out with some landscaping and exterior paint.  I have to admit, thought, I still feel a bit nervous spending “unnecessary” dollars in this economy.

Someone has to be brave enough to risk it and start turning this thing around that doesn’t get a check from the tax payers.
